I ordered the gluten-free/dairy-free variation of this cake for my friend’s adoption party. She eats gluten-free/dairy free and we also had several others at the party who don’t have dietary restrictions. We all agreed this was a delicious cake, full of yummy and surprising flavors. It was also very moist. Had I not ordered it and known the details of it, I never would have questioned the ingredients because it both tasted and looked so wonderful. The little heart in the middle is very sweet and definitely represents what the baker puts into her cakes.
